Justin, a native of Rumbek, Lakes State, became director of Abukloi in 2015. He has a degree in Public Administration and Management from Victoria University in Kampala, Uganda. In his time as director, he has seen the beneficial impact Abukloi has had on this Lakes State community.

"Our partnership with the Lakes State government allows us to provide a quality education to young South Sudanese. We also employ local citizens in a economy that has virtually not jobs for the average person."

In addition to being our school director, Justin is the captain of the champion Zalan Football team in Rumbek.
